About Venerable Luang Phor Intavanno

Venerable Luang Phor Intavanno was ordained as Novice monk by Venerable Phra Khru Seck Kong Hian (Deputy Chairman of Singapore Sangka and also the 4th disciple of Venerable Seck Hoon Choon 洪 船 法 师) in early 1996 and started his first training in the Buddha's Dhamma. It was later where he received his higher ordination under Venerable Phra Khru Intaphaajannanukung Of Wat Inphaajalad in Pachinburi, Thailand.

It was known that Luang Phor Intavanno received many forms of training in spiritualism before he even became a monk and was taught by Venerable Luang Phor Pern Of Wat Bang Phra, Luang Phor Sukam in the Surine province which is just opposite the Cambodia border and few other well known forest monks in his earlier age, during those training days as a Tudon Monk (forest monk) Luang Phor Intavanno would spend most of his times meditating in the forest and cemeteries of Thailand, Cambodia and Indonesia, been well taught by all his masters in terms of both dhamma and spiritualism, he became a "Phram" (Ajan in White Robes) in 1994 where his spiritual guru Luang Phor Pern handled his Mai Tao (walking stick) which was used in his earlier days to Luang Phor Intavanno. It was known by then that Venerable Intavanno has the knowledge to perform "magic" of the White, Red and Black sect. Luang Phor Intavanno is also disciple to a few well known "Phram" in Thailand like Ajan Deng and Ajan Tong,

Throughout the years Luang Phor Intavanno had traveled to many countries not only to preach the Buddha's dhamma but also to perform spiritual healing and blessing, it was until in the year 2000 here in Johor, Malaysia the Venerable himself founded Gems Of The Hermits.

Venerable Luang Phor Intavanno Recieving Tibetan Spiritual Honorary Title

On  2nd September 2006, Venerable Luang Phor Intavanno was given a high Tibetan honorary title  by His Holiness Kunchok Dhondrup Rinpoche. Venerable Luang Phor Intavanno had being recognised and honored as a spiritual guru, this honor is pretty rare as there are so far not many Theravada monks that had received such titles. Named after His Holiness Kunchok Dhondrup Rinpoche Luang Phor Intavanno is now known as His Holiness Lama Kunchok Tenpi Gyaltsen which means the Victory Banner Of The Triple Gems.

His Holiness Lama Kunchok Tenpi Gyaltsen (Luang Phor Intavanno) was not only being honored as a spirituial guru but was also made a spiritual consultant to the Hermits Group LLC. Mass Blessing 2006

The Earth, Sun Moon, Mars and all other planets are moving constantly such movements of the planets affects our astrology in one way or another. Certain planets constellation movements can bring us inauspiciousness which will result to bad luck, illness, accidents, obstructions, lost of money and sometimes the effects can be fatal.

To dispel these inauspiciousness Wat Arsom Ratanna Mongkol(Gems Of The Hermits) conduct yearly blessing to help disciples and devotees to dispel or lessen the impact caused by these inauspicious planets constellation movements.

This year Mass Blessing will be conducted in Singapore, Changi Village on the 26 March 2006 at 1030hrs

A nominal fees of $60.00 SGD/ $36.00 USD per person will be required for this blessing. All proceed collected from this mass blessing will be used for our temple operation and our temple raising fund.
